More from Sabrina-Yellowstone
We went whitewater rafting today and I sat on the front edge of the boat. We went over a big rock and I almost fell over and got soaked. We went swimming in the Yellowstone River and it was really cold. The water was moving very fast and it was very hard to get back to the raft. I can't wait to do it again.
Yesterday we went and saw some geysers, they smelled so so so bad. They smelled like rotten eggs with tar on them. They were really dangerous. There was one that had a sign that had a kid standing on a geyser and burning. They are hot.
We also saw wolf cubs playing around a water. The mom was watching them play. There was one guy that was walking towards the wolves and everyone was shaking their head because you should never get between a mom and her babies.
When we slept it was so cold but luckily we had two blankets piled on top of us.
Sincerely,
Sabrina

Mike &Cristina, instead of seeing buffalo and moose I go out in my backyard and see Simba the lion, you know that big red dog that lives here.

I'm jealous! We took a vacation to Canada a few years ago so we could see moose....every night we went out looking. The only moose we saw was the ones on the signs saying " Beware Moose Crossing." You all look great. We leave for Temperence River State Park on August 5..1 year since Annie's diagnosis. We are breaking the spell. love, Carol
p.s. I will show the kids how to do this, and Kathy too.
you are having some wonderful adventures and we are enjoying reading about them. we went to see kirby and Lucy this morning and they are both doing well. Lucy is lovable and kirby is, well, Kirby. He did come and sit with me on the driveway for a while, and while there was no purring, he did rub his head up against me and seemed glad for the company. Claire hung out w/ Lucy in the house.

Sabrina,
Thanks for the update. I'm so glad you didn't fall out of the raft! All that soccer and dance has made you so strong and agile. That wild river obviously didn't know who was on board. Way to hang on.
First buffalo, then a moose, and now wolf cubs...Sheesh, what next?
